Full Service Package
For the Client who has a demanding career, full social calendar, or simply wants to employ a coordinator to “make it happen”, High Society Events offers “The Bash”. This package includes, but is not limited to: Design concept, décor, assembly of your team of preferred vendors, unlimited communication and advice from High Society, as well as complete management of the entire day.


Custom Service Package
For the Client who would like to plan certain aspects of their event but are interested in assistance with design, décor, and vendors. This package is ideal for the Client who wants help with conceptualizing the event, unlimited professional advice during planning, and management of the entire day.


Limited Service Package
For The Client who has planned every aspect of their event and simply require onsite management of the day. This package begins 2 months prior to the event and includes unlimited communication and advice from High Society. In the 2 months prior, we confirm everything that the Client has already booked and we then produce a minute by minute timeline of the event. Our associate planners will use the information provided by the Client to effectively manage all the details of the day from beginning to end.

Why do I need a coordinator on my wedding/event day?

No one wants to “work” their own party. By not employing a coordinator, essentially that’s what you will be doing. There are endless details that can only be managed the “day of” an event, thus often spoiling the chance to enjoy your event to it’s fullest. This principal becomes even more crucial when it comes to a wedding. These are moments that cannot be recreated and they should not be spent wondering what time the flowers and cake are scheduled to arrive.

As the demands of our careers and personal lives continue to increase we are left with less and less time to get everything done. The details that go into planning an event are numerous to say the least. Hundreds of hours are required to ensure a successful event from start to finish. How do you calculate your fees?

After our initial complimentary meeting with you, we will be able to provide you a detailed proposal. The calculation of fees will be based on your specific needs. Every client is different, therefore, we strive to tailor our pricing and services individually. Please see our services page for a general understanding of our pricing structure.

My venue already has an on-site coordinator.

Venue coordinators are generally very good at what they do, however, their job is usually limited to catering and venue services only. The detailed management that goes into your event is multi-layered and reaches to every vendor you have contracted. We manage every vendor and every detail to ensure a flawless event.
